3. Prices

All prices are shown in EUR, taxes included, and may vary without prior notice.

4. Payment Methods

• American Express

• Klarna (subject to Klarna terms)

Payment is due at checkout and required for order confirmation.

5. Orders

Placing an order confirms full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
DRIVESEAT may refuse or cancel an order in case of technical error or fraud suspicion.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide shipping is free.
Orders are shipped using DHL or FedEx.
Estimated delivery time: 9–10 days from dispatch.
DRIVESEAT is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Returns & Cancellation Policy

• Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange (as permitted under EU consumer law).

• Non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
  Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless DRIVESEAT is at fault.

8. Warranty

All DRIVESEAT products include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Excludes normal wear, misuse, accidents, and unauthorized modifications.
